Symptoms
Microsoft Office Communicator 2007 R2 crashes when you receive an incoming instant message notification.Additionally, you receive the following error message in the Communicator UCCAPI log:

Cause
This problem occurs when the XML for the incoming conversation is deserialized.
Resolution
To resolve this problem, apply the following update:
