In 2016, Microsoft made the following changes to consumer OneDrive storage plans:

  1. Free OneDrive storage decreased from 15 GB to 5 GB for all users.

  2. The 15 GB camera roll storage bonus was discontinued.

  3. Plans no longer offered unlimited storage to Office 365 Home, Personal, or University subscribers. Microsoft 365 subscriptions now include a standard 1 TB of OneDrive storage, extendable in 100GB blocks up to 2 TB.

  4. 100 GB and 200 GB plans were replaced with a 50 GB plan.
