Outlook users who are booking delegates that add a Room to a meeting invite may notice duplicate emails requesting responses. There may be up to three duplicate emails requesting responses.
Microsoft is currently deploying a fix in the service for service version v15.20.2705.000 and higher.
In the meantime our guidance is that the user who receives multiple meeting invites should respond to the first one then can delete the duplicate(s).
