Symptoms
When printing the External Customer Account statement report for over 8000 statements in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2, you will notice that the report is taking over 3 hours to print and the system is printing and breaking the report per customer account.

You must restart the Application Object Server (AOS) service after you apply the hotfix.
