When you hover the mouse over the Microsoft Skype for Business 2016 icon on the taskbar, and then you select one of several instant message (IM) conversation window thumbnails, the client crashes.

Resolution

To fix this issue, install the March 8, 2016 update (KB3114846) for Skype for Business 2016.
