Symptoms

Assume that you use a USB port for multiple monitors in Windows 10 Version 1607. When you share the desktop in Microsoft Skype for Business 2016, you cannot share more than one monitor. 

Resolution

To fix this issue, use Microsoft Update to automatically download and install the fix.
