Symptoms
After you enable the Dedicated Exchange Hybrid Application, the integration between Microsoft Skype for Business Server and Microsoft Exchange Server stops functioning. Also, the Add Skype meeting option disappears in Outlook on the web (OWA).Â
CausesÂ
Exchange Server tries to use the dedicated hybrid application for Skype for Business integration. This workflow is unsupported in this scenario and causes the integration failure.
Resolution
To fix this issue, install the following security updates, as appropriate: ​​​​​​​

To enable this fix, run the following PowerShell commands from an elevated Exchange Management Shell (EMS):
