Symptoms
This issue occurs when you use roaming user profiles and move between different computers.Note The Document mode, Browser profile, and User agent string option are under the Emulation tab in F12 developer tools in Internet Explorer 11.
Update information
To resolve this issue, install the most recent cumulative security update for Internet Explorer. To do this, go to Microsoft Update.
