There are many useful self-help resources available to you on Partner Center under the Support option.

  1. On https://partner.microsoft.com/Support/ go to the section ‘Tell us about your issue’

  2. From here select ‘MPN’ from the ‘Category’ dropdown, then ‘Accounts, Onboarding, Access’ in the ‘Topic’ section.

  3. Select the relevant topic you require from the ‘Subtopic’ dropdown.

If you don’t find the information you require in the Recommended solutions or by using the search by keywork option there is a chat or local phone support available.

  2. From here select ‘Incentives’ from the ‘Category’ dropdown, then ‘Enrollment and permissions’ in the ‘Topic’ section.

  3. Select the relevant topic you require from the ‘Subtopic’ dropdown.

If you still cannot locate the information you require from the suggested resolutions, please contact https://partner.microsoft.com/en-US/support/ for support with:

  • Enrolling for Retail Incentives on Partner Center.

  • Roles in Microsoft Partner Dashboard (Global Admin and Incentives Admin)

  • Entering Bank and Tax information

 

When contacting the support teams, please provide:

1. Name of Program the question is related to (Retail)

2. Partner Name

3. Partner MPN ID

4. Detailed description of the question / issue

5. Screenshot of Error Message (if applicable) and steps to recreate the issue

6. Confirmation of internet browser used. (note It is recommended to use Microsoft Edge, Chrome or Firefox on the site. Please do not use Internet Explorer as all the functionality will not be available.
