Introduction

This article describes the latest fix done in System Center Operations Manager 2022 Update Rollup 1. This article also contains the installation instructions for this update.

Issue fixed in this update

System Center Operations Manager 2022 supports Linux distros that encrypt using OpenSSL3.0. With this integration, System Center Operations Manager 2022 can now monitor workloads running Ubuntu 22 x64 and RHEL 9.0 x64. Support for other operating systems such as Alma 9, Rocky 9, and Oracle 9, is on the way.

To apply this hotfix, you must have the following update:

Update Rollup 1 for System Center Operations Manager 2022

Files that are included in this hotfix

Following are the files that are included in this hotfix:

  • KB5024286-amd64-Gateway.msp

  • KB5024286-amd64-Server.msp

Installation Instructions

  1. Download the MSP files from here for management servers. If you use gateways, download the MSP file for gateway from here.

  2. From an elevated command prompt, run the KB5024286-amd64-Server.msp in the management servers and the KB5024286-amd64-Gateway.msp in the gateway server.
