Symptoms
When you click Add Existing Activity from the activity list of a Sales Force Automation entity in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0, the Appointment records and the Service Activity records are not displayed in the lookup page. This problem occurs if the activities have the Scheduled status.
Cause
This problem occurs because the default FetchXml statement that is used to retrieve the activities for the Lookupdata.aspx page does not retrieve scheduled activities.

Under the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\MSCRM\registry subkey on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM server, add the following REG_DWORD registry entry:
LookupActivityPointerScheduled

Set the value of the registry entry that you just added to 1.
