INTRODUCTION
This article describes the Staff Accounting module update to cover new legislative requirements of personal income tax (PIT) deductions calculation for parents who have children as dependents in Russia in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 Service Pack 1 (SP1) with the Eastern Europe GLS layer installed.According to the new Federal law No 330 from November 21, 2011, the existing calculation routine of children related income tax deductions is replaced by the new calculation routine based on the new legislative requirements that become effective retroactively since January 1, 2011.The new functionality enables you to calculate each child related standard monthly income tax deduction as personalized one. The sequence number is considered for each child who is involved into calculation in the row of all children.

Validation of the application hotfix installation
To validate the installation of the application hotfix, open the SysHotfixManifest class in the Application Object Tree (AOT). Then, verify that there is a method whose name includes the Knowledge Base (KB) article number of the installed hotfix.
