INTRODUCTION
This article describes the Staff Accounting update to support new 2011 year legislative requirements for Russia in correct handling of the quarterly statement's form (Form 4-FSS) in printable and digital XML formats for employees' social insurance fund's contributions. This update is available in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 Service Pack 1 (SP1) with the Eastern Europe GLS layer installed.
The order of the Ministry of HealthCare and Social Development N 156н from February 28, 2011 introduced new legislative requirements of filling and submission of the statutory form 4-FSS that are effective from the first quarter of the year 2011. According to these requirements, the new functionality is created to handle results of employees' social insurance fund's contributions details representation in the periodical statement's form (Form 4-FSS) in printable and digital XML formats. The functionality has the following features:-
Support year 2011 related formats.

Recognize initial and correctional documents.

Fill new document's section by using disabled persons’ details.
Note The template setup update for the reporting form 4-FSS is required in the Electronic Reporting module.

Validation of the application hotfix installation
To validate the installation of the application hotfix, open the SysHotfixManifest class in the Application Object Tree (AOT). Then, verify that there is a method whose name includes the Knowledge Base (KB) article number of the installed hotfix. Additionally, you can cross-check the affected objects by comparing the KBXXXXXX.txt file against the objects in the AOT. By doing this, you can make sure that the objects are changed correctly in the SYP layer or in the GLP layer.
