This article applies to Microsoft Dynamics AX for the Russian (ru) region.

The article describes that the Staff Accounting update for Russia is available to support changes in 2-NDFL report (starting from year 2016) in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2, and Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 SP1.

According to the order of Federal Tax Service No MMB-7-11/485@ from October 30, 2015, starting from year 2016, a new format of the mandatory report "2-NDFL" is introduced.

To comply with the requirements, the following changes have been implemented:

  • A new parameter to mark Social deductions is introduced (Staff accounting > Income tax > Setup > Tax calculation settings > General (tab) > Tax deductions (section) > Social deductions);

  • Tax identification in the country of citizenship is added for Employees:

    • AX 2009 SP1: Staff accounting > Employee table > General (tab) > Tax (section) > INN (non-residents);

    • AX 2012 R2 and R3: Add a new Tax registration ID for the country of citizenship.

  • New fields for Correction number and Cancellation sign are introduced in Income tax register and individual 2-NDFL printing form;

  • Printable format of 2-NDFL report is updated to a new layout;

  • XML format of 2-NDFL report is updated to version 5.04.


Resolution

The changes in the hotfix enable this update.

Important: This hotfix contains one or more reports. Make sure that you have imported all of your modified reports into the AOT, and then install the hotfix, and redeploy the reports.

Prerequisites

You must have one of the following products installed to apply this hotfix:

  • Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3

  • Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2

  • Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 SP1

Restart requirement

You must restart the Application Object Server (AOS) service after you apply the hotfix.

File information

The global version of this hotfix has the file attributes (or later file attributes) that are listed in the following table. The dates and times for these files are listed in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). When you view the file information, it is converted to local time. To find the difference between UTC and local time, use the Time Zone tab in the Date and Time item in Control Panel.
