This article applies to Microsoft Dynamics AX for the Russian (ru) region.

The article describes that the Staff Accounting update for Russia is available to support changes in the SZV-M and ADV-1 reports in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2, and Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 SP1.

According to the order of the Pension Fund of Russian Federation No 432p from 31st of August 2016 the following changes have been implemented:

  • The namespaces have been updated in the resulting XML file to refer to valid schemas;

  • If no employees are included into the report then <СписокЗЛ> block won't be created at all instead of creation of an empty block;

  • "Microsoft Dynamics AX" is indicated in the resulting XML file as a software used for the file generation.

According to the order of the Pension Fund of Russian Federation No 473p from 01st of June 2016 the following changes have been implemented:

  • The information about the citizenship has become mandatory. Previously it was optional for Russian citizens. Now the citizenship is being populated with the name of the country of citizenship for all categories of employees in ADV-1 report.

Resolution

The changes in the hotfix enable the Staff Accounting update for Russia to support changes in the SZV-M and ADV-1 reports in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2, and Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 SP1.

Prerequisites

You must have one of the following products installed to apply this hotfix:

  • Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3

  • Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2

  • Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 SP1

Restart requirement

You must restart the Application Object Server (AOS) service after you apply the hotfix.

File information

The global version of this hotfix has the file attributes (or later file attributes) that are listed in the following table. The dates and times for these files are listed in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). When you view the file information, it is converted to local time. To find the difference between UTC and local time, use the Time Zone tab in the Date and Time item in Control Panel.
