Symptoms
You use the URLMON module in Internet Explorer 9 or in Internet Explorer 10 to establish a new HTTPS connection. If the connection requires a client certificate, the XMLHttpRequest object (a JavaScript object) cannot post data.

After you apply this update, you must change the registry. To do this, follow these steps. For 32-bit (x86-based) computers-
Click Start, click Run, type regedit, and then click OK.

Expand the following subkey:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main\FeatureControl

Right-click FeatureControl, point to New, and then click Key.

Type FEATURE_SHOW_CERT_WARNINGS_ON_POST_FROM_ISTREAM_KB2894776, and then press Enter to name the new subkey.

Right-click FEATURE_SHOW_CERT_WARNINGS_ON_POST_FROM_ISTREAM_KB2894776, point to New, and then click DWORD Value.

Type iexplore.exe, and then press Enter to name the new entry.

Right-click iexplore.exe, and then click Modify.

In the Value data box, type 00000001, and then click OK.

Exit Registry Editor.
For 64-bit (x64-based) computers
