UI changes for toast notification when there's an incoming call in Lync 2013 (Skype for Business)

Symptoms

Assume that there are multiple contacts in the contact list. When a call is coming for one of them, the user interface (UI) changes for toast notification, and you cannot tell who the call is intended for.

Resolution

To fix this issue, install the November 1, 2016, update (KB3127934) for Lync 2013 (Skype for Business).Note Lync 2013 was upgraded to Skype for Business in April 2015.
