Some Microsoft 365 Business Standard users and tenants currently have more features available to them than what they are licensed for. These features include the following settings for Classification, Labeling, and Protection (CLP) and Digital Rights Management (DRM):

  • CLP: Sensitivity labels CLP

  • DRM: Encryption DRM

The additional features will be turned off for these users in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Outlook on June 30, 2020.
