Introduction
This article describes the issues that are fixed in System Center Virtual Machine Manager 2019 UR3 release. There are two updates that are available for Virtual Machine Manager, one for the Virtual Machine Manager server and one for the Administrator Console (x86 and amd64). This article also contains the installation instructions for this update.
Issues that are fixed

When restoring VM from a checkpoint, the VLAN checkbox gets cleared out and the VM goes offline.

VMM Cluster Refresh job takes too long to complete when large number of CSVs are assigned to the cluster.

Replication status is displayed incorrectly in VMM console, after replication is resumed after a failure.

PowerShell scripts defined in the Operations Manager MP is non-executable as there are no script engines.

VM doesn't get assigned with an IP address when IPv6 dynamic option is selected.

Microsoft Update
To obtain and install an update package from Microsoft Update, follow these steps on a computer that has a Virtual Machine Manager component installed:

Click Start, and then click Control Panel.

In Control Panel, double-click Windows Update.

In the Windows Update window, click Check Online for updates from Microsoft Update.

Click Important updates are available.

Select the update rollup package and then click Ok.

Click Install updates to install the update package.

Download the Virtual Machine Manager server update package now.

Installation instructions
To manually install the update packages, run the following command from an elevated command prompt:
msiexec.exe /update <packagename>
For example, to install the System Center 2019 UR3 package for Virtual Machine Manager Server (KB4599687), run the following command:
msiexec.exe /update KB4599687 _vmmserver_amd64.msp
