If you have the original MSI installation media for Orchestrator - Service Provider Foundation and the .msp file for this update, run the following command:
msiexec.exe /package Microsoft.SystemCenter.Foundation.Setup_x64.msi /uninstall kb3069355_Microsoft.SystemCenter.Foundation.Setup_x64.msp /passive
If you do not have the original files, you can remove this update by using the GUID references. To do this, run the following command:
msiexec.exe /package {69344E86-7183-4384-A230-499E9914BE14} /uninstall {AC179FD2-EEFF-4E4F-A577-9AAA957639D2} /passive
