This article describes an update for the Transatel (France, Worldwide) network in Windows 8.1, Windows RT 8.1, Windows 8, and Windows RT. Before you apply this update, you should be aware that this update has a prerequisite.
About this update
This update adds a new entry in the APN database for the Transatel (France, Worldwide) network so that users can connect to the network without manually entering connection settings.Note The Windows 8 or Windows 8.1 APN database contains information that's provided by mobile operators to enable Windows to automatically connect to the operators' mobile broadband networks. For more information, see APN database.

Important If you install a language pack after you install this update, you must reinstall this update. Therefore, we recommend that you install any language packs that you need before you install this update. For more information, see Add language packs to Windows.

To install this update, you must have April 2014, update rollup for Windows RT 8.1, Windows 8.1, and Windows Server 2012 R2 (2919355) installed in Windows 8.1.There's no prerequisite for Windows 8 to install this update.
