User policy changes are not reflected in MACP in Skype for Business

Symptoms 

Consider the following scenario: 

• You sign in to the Modern Admin Control Panel (MACP), and then you navigate to the Users tab.

• You edit and change the assigned policies on the Users tab.

• You change one of the policies and save the changes.

 In this scenario, the Assigned Policies screen still displays the old policy.

Resolution 

To fix this issue, install the following update for Microsoft Skype for Business Server 2019: 

• June 2023 cumulative update 7.0.2046.521 for Skype for Business Server 2019, Macp Web Components

Additional information 

After making changes to the assigned policy of a user in the MACP, the changes take a while to reflect.
