Starting January 9, 2024, a new sign-in option is available for users who access https://engage.cloud.microsoft and don't have an account in Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory).
On the top-right corner of the Viva Engage landing page, select No Microsoft account? Click here.
If users access Viva Engage from https://www.yammer.com, the experience won't change. They can continue to sign in there as they've done in the past.

How do I know I'm an external network user?
You're an external network user if you use a personal email account, or you don't sign in through Microsoft Entra ID to sign in to Viva Engage.
I have a Microsoft Entra ID account, but I'm an external participant in the Viva Engage network. How should I sign in?
Both sign-in methods work. If your intention is to access your Microsoft network, select the Log in button. To sign in with an external account, select the Don't have a Microsoft account? Click here button.
Can I still use https://www.yammer.com to access Viva Engage?
This URL grants access to the external network only.
What happens if I use https://web.yammer.com ?
You'll be redirected to https://engage.cloud.microsoft and will have to log in with your Microsoft Entra ID credentials.
