Symptoms
Assume that you have a web browser control host scenario in which the host responds to NewWindow2 or NewWindow3 events by creating a new web browser control on a secondary thread. In this scenario, the WindowSetHeight and WindowSetWidth events are not fired by the new web browser control.
Resolution
To resolve this issue, install the most recent cumulative security update for Internet Explorer. To do this, go to Microsoft Update. Additionally, see the technical information about the most recent cumulative security update for Internet Explorer. This update was first included in the June 2015 cumulative security update for Internet Explorer (MS15-056).
