Symptoms
Assume that an advanced ledger entry (ALE) was submitted and approved through a workflow in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012. However, you can change the account distribution of the advanced ledger entry unexpectedly.Note Updating approved advanced ledger entries will cause authorization problems.
Cause
This problem occurs because the account distribution can be changed from the advanced ledger entry if the workflow status is Approved and Unposted.
Resolution
