Symptoms
Consider the following scenario:
-
You log on to the computer as an administrator.
-
You start Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2.
-
You open a free text invoice in Accounts Receivable.
-
You personalize the form by moving the columns Amount and Unit Price. For example, you reverse the columns positions.
-
You save and close the free text invoice.
In this scenario, when you reopen the free text invoice, you receive an error message that resembles the following:
LedgerDimensionDefaultAccountController object not initialized. Stack trace (C)\Forms\CustFreeInvoice\Designs\DesignList\CustInvoiceLine_LedgerAccount\Methods\loadSegments - line 4
Note This problem also occurs in other document types such as Budget Plan, Budget Register Entry, Payment Journal, and so on.

Prerequisites
You must have Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2 installed to apply this hotfix.
Restart requirement
You must restart the Application Object Server (AOS) service after you apply this hotfix.
This hotfix has the file attributes (or later file attributes) that are listed in the following table. The dates and times for these files are listed in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). When you view the file information, it is converted to local time. To find the difference between UTC and local time, use the Time Zone tab in the Date and Time item in Control Panel.
