This problem occurs if a routing sequence has a Cycle Time entry that is set to 0 and has a Queue Time entry that is set to a number that is larger than zero.

Workaround

To work around this problem, follow these steps:

  1. Click Transactions, point to Manufacturing, point to Manufacturing Orders, and then click MO Routing Edit.

  2. In the MO Number field, type your MO number.

  3. Find a routing sequence that has a Cycle Time entry that is set to 0 and that has a Queue Time entry that is set to a number that is larger than zero.

  4. Type a number that is larger than zero in the Cycle Time field, and then click Save.

  5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 for each routing sequence that has a Cycle Time entry that is set to 0 and that has a Queue Time entry that is set to a number that is larger than zero.
