When you choose Picture or Slideshow for your lock screen, Windows 10 tries to automatically fit your photos to make the best use of the space available. Currently, there isn't a way to adjust how photos appear on the lock screen.
Tip: Try using a photo editor to make adjustments to your photos, save the changes, and then see how they look on your lock screen.
