Ok, I’m going to walk you through some troubleshooting steps to help get your Bluetooth working.

  1. Check your Bluetooth device

    • Turn off your Bluetooth device, wait several seconds, and turn it back on.

    • Check the batteries of your Bluetooth device.

    • Make sure your Bluetooth device is close to your PC.

  2. Try turning Bluetooth off and on again

    • Return to the Bluetooth settings page. (Select Start, type Bluetooth, and select Bluetooth & other devices from the options listed.)

    • Select the toggle to turn Bluetooth Off, wait 30 seconds, and then select the toggle to turn Bluetooth back to On.

  3. Remove and re-add the Bluetooth device

    • Return to the Bluetooth settings page. (Select Start, type Bluetooth, and select Bluetooth & other devices from the options listed.)

    • Select the device you're troubleshooting. You may have to scroll down. Select Remove device, and follow instructions until it is removed.

    • Next, select the Add Bluetooth and other devices icon at the top of the page, and follow instructions to re-add your device.
