If you need to install or reinstall Windows 11, you can create your own installation media (USB flash drive, DVD, or ISO file).

To use the media creation tool, go to the Download Windows 11 website, and follow the instructions under Using the tool to create installation media (USB flash drive, DVD, or ISO file) to install Windows 11 on a different PC.
Note: You’ll need either a valid Windows 11 product key or digital license to install Windows 11.

Windows 11 Enterprise isn’t available in the media creation tool. For more info on how to install Windows 11 Enterprise, go to the Volume Licensing Service Center.
