If Windows was preinstalled on your device, you might have a digital license instead of a product key. If so, during reinstallation, when you’re asked to enter a product key select Skip. In most cases, if Windows 10 was activated on your device before you reinstall, it will automatically activate after you go online.
If the manufacturer of your device provided a product key, it will be included with the packaging the PC came in, or included on the Certificate of Authenticity (COA) attached to the PC. For more information, contact your hardware manufacturer.
