Let’s try restarting your PC, modem, and router (if you have one):

• Unplug the power from your modem and router. If your modem has a battery backup, you’ll need to remove the battery to completely turn off power.

• Wait about 30 seconds. If you removed the battery from the modem, put it back in.

• Plug in the power cable for the modem and router.

• While you wait for the modem and router to fully power on, restart your PC. Select the Start button, select the Power button, and then select Restart. (Make sure you select Restart, not Shut down.)
