- <File Name> cannot be accessed. The file may be read only, or you may be trying to access a read only location.
- File cannot be open in this version
Quit all applications, and then copy the file from the external location/drive to your local hard disk. For example, copy the file to your Documents folder. Try to open the file from your hard disk.
Try to open the document on a different computer to determine whether the file is damaged. If you cannot open the file on another computer, the file most likely is damaged.
