Cause

This issue can occur if Stale IPaddress information for DHCP is stored in Active Directory Configuration Partition

Resolution

To resolve this issue, follow these steps:
1. Click Start, click Run, type Adsiedit.msc in the Open box, and then click OK.
2. Expand Configuration, expand CN=Configuration, expand CN=Services, and then click CN=NetServices.
3. Right-click CN=SERVER.Contoso.local, and then click Properties.
4. In the Attribute list, click DhcpServers and then click Edit and click remove to remove stale IP address(s) and then click OK.
5. Run FNCW Wizard and it should configure DHCPServer
