A Live Meeting customer wants to utilize the new options which allow restriction of a user's ability to use certain console features, but these options are not available in the Conference Center.
Microsoft must first enable the availability of these user options in a customer's Conference Center, before the customer can use them.
The customer should contact their Account Manager or Sales Representative to request that "ElectronicCommPrivacy" be enabled on the customer's Conference Center. The Account Manager/Sales Representative will then submit the appropriate paperwork to Order Entry requesting the configuration change.
The user options enabled by the "ElectronicCommPrivacy" setting, which allow a customer to restrict a user's ability to use certain features in the Live Meeting console, include:
- Poll Page
- Question & Answer
- Screen Snapshot
- Shared Notes
- Text Page
- Upload File (View Only)
- Web Page
