Symptoms

Assume that you use Microsoft SQL Server 2016 and 2017 Analysis Services (SSAS) in Tabular mode. When you run a Multidimensional Expressions (MDX) query after restarting SSAS service, the execution result does not return any record. However, when you re-execute the same query, the execution result returns records.

Note: If you hit this bug, the MDX query should contain the filter condition. For example, Filter(Set_Expression, Logical_Expression).
