Symptoms
Assume that you use Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services 2016 (SSRS 2016), and your report contains a table that contains an expression in the BorderStyle property of a TextBox control. When you export the report to the EXCELOPENXML format, the BorderStyle expression is correct only on the first row when the TRUE part of the expression is rendered. However, all other rows in the exported report do not show the correct BorderStyle output. Rendering the report to HTML format or exporting the report to other formats (such as Excel 2003, WORDOPENXML, PDF, etc.) does not result in the same BorderStyle issue.
