To do this, follow these steps: 1. On the Tools menu, point to Utilities , point to System , and then click Business Alerts . 2. In the Dictionary list, click Extender . 3. In the Series list, click Project . 4. Click the following tables, and then click Insert : • Extender Window Field Dates • Extender Window Field Strings • Extender Window Field Times • Extender Window Field Numbers • Extender Window Key Values 5. Click Process . To create a business alert, follow these steps: 1. On the Tools menu, point to Setup , point to System , and then click Business Alerts . 2. Click Create New Alert , and then click Next . 3. In the Database list, click a database. 4. In the Business Alert ID box, type a name for the business alert. Then, click Next . 5. In the Series list, click Integrating Applications . 6. Click the required Extender table, and then click Next . 7. Define the business alert formula conditions.
