- A query time-out occurs when SQL Server resets the connection between SQL Server 2008 or SQL Server 2008 R2 and the client application. Or, the client application sends an attention signal explicitly by canceling the query to the instance of SQL Server.
- Error message 1A severe error occurred on the current command. The results, if any, should be discarded.
- Error message 2A transport-level error has occurred when receiving results from the server. (provider: TCP Provider, error: 0 - An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host.)
<Date><Time> <spid> The client was unable to reuse a session with <SPID>, which had been reset for connection pooling. The failure ID is 29. This error may have been caused by an earlier operation failing. Check the error logs for failed operations immediately before this error message.
