- You install the Microsoft BizTalk Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) Toolkit 2.1 on a computer that is running Microsoft BizTalk Server 2010.

To apply this hotfix, stop the BizTalk process, and then replace the Microsoft.practices.esb.exceptionhandling.dll file with the updated version of the file.
Note We recommend that you make a backup copy of the original Microsoft.practices.esb.exceptionhandling.dll file before you apply this hotfix.
PrerequisitesTo apply this hotfix, you must have the BizTalk ESB Toolkit 2.1 installed.
Note The BizTalk ESB Toolkit is also known as the Microsoft BizTalk Server 2010 ESB Toolkit.
