If these Personal Options are changed through the Microsoft Dynamics CRM for Outlook client, the following error may occur:

If no credentials are entered, a warning message will be provided. This did not occur in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0, but was added to Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011.
Enter the valid credentials for the user in their Personal Options
Make sure the user setup in the Email Router Outgoing Configuration Profile has delegate access to "Send As" instead of "Send on Behalf Of" and uncheck “Allow E-mail router to use my credentials to send and receive e-mail on my behalf”.
