1. Go to Reports|Template Configuration
2. Click to expand Enable all templates for all companies.
3. Mark the appropriate selection as described below for your scenario:
- If you do not use templates in any of the companies, then unmark the checkbox for Enable Report Templates option in the bottom left corner.
- However, if you do use templates in other companies, but this company, then simply uncheck the checkbox next to the Company database(s) that do not use templates in the top portion of the window.
