- You use a touch-supported Windows 8 device.
- You start the computer and then log on.
- After the logon screen disappears, you repeatedly swipe the touch screen on the right side when the Start screen appears.
In this scenario, you find that none of your input devices work, and the Start screen seems to freeze for three to five minutes. Additionally, an error message that resembles the following is logged in the Application log:
