- Manually update the Workload Management registry entries. To do this, open Registry Editor, and then locate the following registry key:
- There are two registry subkeys: MSExchange Workload Management and MSExchange WorkloadManagement
Expand MSExchange Workload Management (the subkey that has the space between "Workload" and "Management"), and then modify the following registry entry:Value name: EventMessageFileOriginal value: %Exchange Install directory%\bin\res\Microsoft.Exchange.Data.WorkloadManagement.EventLogs.dll
Update this value to: %Exchange Install directory%\bin\res\Microsoft.Exchange.WorkloadManagement.EventLogs.dll
