- On the server that's running Skype for Business Server 2015 or Microsoft Lync Server 2013, go to Control Panel, click Programs, and then click Programs and Features. Or, go to the Run dialog box, type appwiz.cpl, and then click OK.
- In the Uninstall or change a program list, locate speech platform runtime and all language files for speech recognition and TTS. You should see a list of files that resembles the following:
- One by one, uninstall each of these files.
- To reinstall the speech server platform runtime and all language files for speech recognition and TTS, run step 2 of the Deployment Wizard.
