Symptoms
Users can't access Internet when multiple users log on to a Remote Desktop Services (RDS) server and run Internet Explorer at the same time when proxy settings are managed by Group Policy.
Cause
This issue occurs because proxy settings are not initialized correctly for the new logged user, and the AutoConf value isn't present as expected when there're multiple concurrent Internet Explorer users, and the RDS server is under high CPU workload.
How to get this update
Important If you install a language pack after you install this update, you must reinstall this update. Therefore, we recommend that you install any language packs that you need before you install this update. For more information, see Add language packs to Windows.
To completely fix this issue for Internet Explorer 11 in Windows 7, you must also install security update 3139929.
