Do Not Disturb may not be enabled for the correct email account. You can set individual Do Not Disturb settings per account in Outlook Mobile.Â
To check whehter Do Not Disturb has been enabled for the correct account, open the left navigation bar and tap the Settings icon. Under Settings, tap on the Notification/Alerts & Notifications option, then scroll until you find the affected account and tap on Do Not Disturb. Ensure your settings are correct, then tap the back arrow to save your settings.
