In classic Outlook, in a new email, go to the Home tab and selectÂ
 Polls. -
In the right pane, type a question and answers for respondents to pick. Choose additional options:

Select +Add option for additional answers.

Select Multiple selections for more than one answer per question.

Select Next and review how the poll looks. Select Edit to go back and change anything.

Select Add to email and then Send to send the poll.

In new Outlook, in the body of the email message, put the cursor where you want to insert the poll.

On the Insert tab, selectÂ
 Polls. -
In the poll pane, select the type of poll, then enter a question and answers for respondents to select from. You can also choose additional options:

Select +Add option to add more possible answers.

Select Multiple selections to allow for more than one answer per question.

Click outside the Poll pane to save your poll. Now you're ready to finish composing the email message.Â
