After installing KB 4011220, a macro error occurs when you click on a shape that has a digitally signed macro assigned to it

After you install the security update for Excel 2016: November 14, 2017, you may encounter this error when you click on a shape that has a digitally signed macro assigned to it.

Cannot run the macro.

The macro may not be available in this workbook or all macros may be disabled.
