In classic Outlook, select File > Info > Manage Rules & Alerts

On the Email Rules tab, select
New Rule. -
In the Rules Wizard, under Start from a blank rule, choose Apply rule on messages I receive and select Next.

Under Step 1 in the wizard, select From people or public group. In Step 2, select people or public group and choose who you want to forward mail to.

When you're done, select Finish.
Note:Â If you want to forward a single email message, see Forward an email.

In new Outlook, s​​​​elect the View tab, then select
View settings. -
Select Mail > Forwarding.

Select Enable forwarding, enter the forwarding email address, and select Save.
Tips:Â

If you want a copy of the original message to remain in your mailbox, select Keep a copy of forwarded messages.

In Outlook for Mac, on the menu, bar, select Message > Edit Rules.

Select Create Rule > New Rule.

Give your rule a name. Then, under Select a condition line, choose a condition, such as I'm on the To line.

On the Select an action line, select Forward to and enter the forwarding email address.

When you're done, select Save.
